I trust this email finds you well (in fact, as I write this I'm remembering that it finds you in Florida for March Break so things must be good).

This email is just to say thanks for the work your team did with respect to the claim for my wife's medical expenses resulting from her accident while we were on vacation a couple of years ago.  I very much appreciate your willingness to spend some time on this, and Laura's follow up with the insurers and her diligence in getting the correct forms to me, etc.  You, Laura and Connie are great to work with and it feels good to know that I don't have to spend time worrying about the benefits side of our business.
